User interfaces should be easy and intuitive to use, and should follow general expectations that have been developed over time. Information should be easy to read and understand. If the design of your website or printed piece makes the user work too hard to find what they want, they will give up and your message doesn't get communicated.

Kephart & Associates has two decades of graphic design experience. Ask your current website creator how long they've been a designer. We have extensive experience in print, web and other electronic media design. We don't create designs for our own gratification or that pad our portfolio.
